Conceptual Selling® — a program designed to increase the sales organizational effectiveness in the area of opportunity creation. The program delivers a simple process for effective sales call planning and execution. Better sales call planning and execution increases the number of opportunities created. This program also provides a common language and process to the sales organization. This is a two-day program.
Large Account Management Processsm (LAMP) — a program that provides a process for organizations to manage their largest accounts as corporate assets. This program provides a common .language and process for effective account management. This is a two-day program.
Securing Strategic Appointmentssm (SSA) — a program that teaches sales persons how to increase the yield from their prospecting efforts and secure more qualified appointments. The program accomplishes this by taking emphasis away from “tricks and techniques” to gain access to anyone and instead teaches a simple process for identifying and engaging buying influences in a relevant way that have a real need for the products/services offered. This program is a one-day workshop.
Funnel ScoreCard�� (FS) — implements an organizational process for sales management and sales individual contributors to rank their opportunities in a meaningful way in terms of value and probability to close successfully. This project includes custom consulting to build a funnel scorecard that is specific to an organization and then a training component to train the sales team on the scorecard and how to implement it.
